The University Council for Diversity asked IWU alumni to participate in the Oral History Project during Homecoming 2010.

Documents related to the Council's work may be seen at http://digitalcommons.iwu.edu/univoffices_ucd/. Interviews conducted after 2010 with content that address issues of diversity* on campus will be collected here at the archivist's discretion.

If you are interested in contributing a story about your IWU experiences in general or related to diversity in particular, contact archives@iwu.edu to arrange an interview.

*Note: The IWU Strategic Plan Section IV lists the following Diversity Goal: "Increase and sustain diversity among students, faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees; with a special focus on attaining 'critical masses' from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, create a welcoming, inclusive, multicultural campus where all community members appreciate and respect the diversity of the nation and the world."

Any entry that does not have a pdf attached has been withheld from the repository at the interviewee’s request. Bona fide researchers may be consult these works by visiting the University Archives in Tate Archives & Special Collections; contact archives@iwu.edu or visit Tate Archives and Special Collections for details.
