Lucy Lewis (1898-1992), a self-taught Acoma Pueblo artist, used the art of her Anasazi ancestors for inspiration. She is widely credited for reviving and bringing wide attention to the Acoma Pueblo pottery tradition. The work is part of the IWU Digital Art Collection.
