Abstract
This white paper does not set forth a strategic plan nor does it call for yet another effort at generating a strategic curricular planning document. Instead, this paper suggests that we already have much of the information necessary to begin making strategic choices. The paper details four propositions or statements that should guide curricular planning. Each offers a set of proposed actions and details the strategic criterion or criteria that informs it. They are offered in order of greatest need for community action.
