The survey contained a variety of questions and prompts focusing on the themes of quality of learning, COVID response, online platforms/tools, mental health, and student engagement....The survey was distributed on April 4 and closed on April 13. A total of 113 students responded with about an even distribution across the four class years: 26 seniors, 30 juniors, 28 sophomores, and 29 first year students. Student Senate plays a vital role in amplifying the voice of students to the faculty and administration.

This report will share results from the 2022 survey, a comparison of data from the 2021 survey, and offer recommendations for action especially where there is overlap with the Student Senate Resolution on Mental Health. The Senate Executive Committee would be willing to meet with the administration to further discuss this report and collaboratively work toward data-informed action in 2022-2023.
