Abstract
There are numerous research studies and articles to suggest Black women are more likely than any other racial or gender group to go unrecognized or unheard because they live at the intersection between two marginalized groups - black men and white women. Our panelists will share their experiences as leaders in their respective fields, what they’ve learned through their journey and what they see as steps for progress.
