Course Catalog Description

Students will learn the medical school application process and understand the core competencies that ensure competitive applications. Students will be introduced to the social determinants of health and how they impact the practice of medicine. This course will include speakers, field trips, and service learning opportunities that require meeting on Saturdays and/or outside regularly scheduled class times. No Prerequisites.
