Course Catalog Description

Ecological principles and conservation law and policy will serve as a basis to assess human impacts on biological diversity and to develop practical approaches to prevent species extinction. Labs will involve students in applying restoration ecology principles and techniques in the field to restore local ecosystems. Offered in alternate years.
