Course Catalog Description

A concentrated introduction to molecular, cellular, genetic, developmental and organismic biology. Emphasis on funda- mental principles, concepts and current developments of modern biology. Intended for biology majors, pre-medical, pre-dental and pre-veterinary students, and interested non- majors. Five hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite: BIOL 101 for 102. 101 offered each fall; 102 offered each spring.
