Course Catalog Description

Examination of major environmental concepts, problems and possible solutions. Basic ecological principles will serve as a foundation for discussion of such issues as human population growth, resource extraction/depletion, loss of biodiversity, and pollution. Designed for non-science majors; credit will not be given toward the biology major or minor. Offered annually.
