Nature of law and courts; international law; crimes and torts; administrative law; wills, trusts and estates; insurance law; antitrust law; landlord/tenant relationships. Introduction to contracts, sales, commercial paper, secured transactions. Prerequisites: Sophomore standing and either ACC 112 or consent of instructor. Offered each semester.
