Abstract

R. Bedford Watkins composed this work for President Robert S. Eckley's Decennial Convocation. Dr. Watkins served in IWU's School of Music from 1956-1988 and was Professor of Piano at the time of this recording. Later he was the School's Fern Rosetta Sherff Professor of Music.
