Description

This jacket belonged to Duey Buchanan, head coach of the Illinois Wesleyan Women's Basketball team from 1974-1984. Buchanan's hiring came right on the heels of the passing of Title IX in 1972 which banned sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs.
