Abstract

Topics in this interview include how President Shaw recruited her as Dean of Women, the friendly nature of students, the working conditions in the offices in Duration Hall, changes to the campus infrastructure, and relationships with faculty as a whole.

Meierhofer started in fall 1946 and stayed for 28 years, concluding her tenure as the inaugural Office of Career Planning Director, 1969-1974.
