Comments

The event was recorded on a 7" and 3 3/4 ips reel-to-reel tape that had vinegar syndrome and was not retained. Once digitized, it was discovered that the sound quality was poor and a member of the IT staff enhanced it in-house.

Side two is available in the embedded player; side one is only part of that speaker's remarks and is available as a separate recording. They were not joined together to avoid giving the impression that they are complete.

A program for the conference is available for download above and to the right. Additional Centennial information is available in the University Archives Record Group 6 - 7/1.
