The IWU Annual Theme program originated in the 2014-15 academic year. Since then, a coalition of faculty, staff and students on the Intellectual Themes Workgroup gather to select, frame and create programs around an idea or theme with the potential to engage thinking, creativity and dialogue through multiple disciplinary lenses and interdisciplinary approaches. The goal of the workgroup is to create a dynamic, year-long conversation that develops vibrant curricular and co-curricular.
This collection contains a description of each theme and a list of courses and events associated with it. More information may be available in the University Archives' Record Group 3 - 9/2/4.
