Dr. S. Georgia Nugent, IWU President, wrote the introduction (pp. 2-4) to this 35 page report by Dr. Derrick Tillman-Kelly, Class of 2009. When distributed to campus on November 2, 2021, President Nugent noted the inclusion of "A brief accompanying update"; that is, a two page list of "recommendations and responses." That document was appended to the main report by the archivist at the time of upload here.
