Abstract
In her work as Community, Natural Resource, & Economic Development Educator, Diana equips residents and community leaders with the knowledge and process skills to make informed decisions and meet challenges productively. Increasingly collaborative work environments promise more teamwork and better results, but wanting to work together effectively and knowing how are two different things. She introduced approaches developed by national thought leaders in business, community building, and facilitation to transform the quality of connections, leadership, and decisions in all your gatherings. Use these methods to spark positive change in your workplace, congregation, family and self.
