Abstract
Korey says, “As a student athlete at IWU, I had to learn very quickly how to efficiently and effectively balance my time between academics, basketball, work and other activities. If proper balance wasn’t applied, performance would certainly suffer somewhere. Today, with a demanding, global job, an active family of six and many other personal commitments, the challenge of finding the right balance continues." In this Back to College session, he explores some of the trends in this space and some personal reflections on how to best deal with this challenge we all face in our lives more and more every day with the "always-on" world in which we live.
