Abstract
In his opening remarks, Coach Schumacher states, "This is a photo of my siblings a year and a half before my birth. Six weeks later, on Feb 10, 1966, my father’s 39th birthday, Dr. Martin Luther King spoke on this campus for the second time....In sharing my story, I am part of the urgency of now. I am continuing what my parents started long ago - the fight for peace, equity, and justice."
